They're all obvious except for "1st letter of overused 4 letter word" and "1 letter named famous drug" a couple jump out at me for the former, but none of them worked.

So, this is a Desura key?

I swear I've got it right but it doesn't work. I try Steam and Desura every time I change a letter. With and without dashes.

Edit: Eh, screw it. Too late to be up doing this.

It's interesting, when I first saw the puzzle yesterday I set about solving it and came up with an answer for each thing relatively quickly (Clearly the alternatives for a few were off). However, I notice you've changed it a bit and added a couple more clues in, eg it was a 5-4-4-5 and now it's a 5-5-5-5 code XD Lets do this!

got down to just 1 letter missing...

but i am now stumped -.-

I figured out an answer to all of them easily, but there is room for error depending how you look at things. (And I get sidetracked so... so easily) SQUIRREL erm... what? Oh, right, Numberpad top left to right? Bottom left to right? Numerous possible answers to drug one, etc.

I'm being strangely lazy about this. Normally I love "puzzles;" I'm mainly curious what this mysterious twist is! Grins I suppose it's mostly due to the fact I'm not super big on activating keys when I don't know what they are in case I'm not interested in the game that results, and another person could be. Main desire is to solve, not the game. XD

the number pad thing is a little unfair because my keyboard is probably different than yours
