I like watching few teams, but Clippers are my favourite.

I grew up loving the NBA. As a kid I would literally go practice everything the good Dr. taught - and eventually "mastered" the finger roll.
In every sport I have my die-hard allegiance. NFL, college athletics, etc. The NBA is one league that has changed over the years. I had the Bulls phase with Jordan, Pippen, Kukoc etc, a Sonics phase, and a Pacers phase (I loved Reggie Miller).

I don't really follow basketball, but my favourite team based entirely on their name: Utah Jazz.
(On a separate note: when I was a kid growing up in borderline-communist Libya, I had an Orlando Magic sweater without even knowing what kind of sports team they were)

I was a Chicago Bulls fan growing up. I still root for them, but these days I don't pay attention until the playoffs roll around.

I consider myself a casual NBA fan. I've rooted for the Spurs since the David Robinson era, and I remember liking Clyde the Glide back in the day. Historically, I've like the Spurs and whoever's playing the Lakers. :-P

Normally the game time isn't so nice for me, but when i can I watch!

Having NBA League Pass subscription helps me watch a lot of games (and sleep far less than I need to). I don't have a specific team I'm a fan of, but I enjoy watching tough defense and a sophisticated offense with a lot of passing, so the Spurs are the obvious choice. Their last finals against the Heat was the best team basketball performance I've seen, bar none.
The Warriors are another team that's great to watch, but I have to admit I hope they lose a bit more to make things more interesting. It won't make me happy if they break the Jordan-era Bulls 72:8 record, partly because there's something a bit too smug about them. If the Spurs or the 2011 Mavs would have done it I wouldn't really mind.
The Grizzlies of the past few years have been great to watch on the defensive side (their 7 game loss to the Thunder being one of my favorites series of recent years). I absolutely love Allen & Conley as a defensive duo, shutting down other backcourts. With that said, the Grizzlies offense has sometimes been painful to watch, especially toward the end of games, and their overall performance this year has been quite poor.
Among the bad teams I watch a lot of Kings games, not because the quality of basketball is so good, but because Rondo is my favorite player and the team has an interesting history, with a notorious 2002 playoff series where they lost to the Shaq/Kobe Lakers, or more like the league wanted them to lose. Also, almost losing the team to other cities was another interesting chapter that made me follow them closely and feel connected to the fanbase. And no, having an Israeli player on the team (Casspi) didn't have much to do with it, though it's nice to see that he's performing well.

Kings fan here, started with the Webber, Divac, Christie, Peja, Bibby era. I still am though but the past few years, I've been a frustrated Knicks fan lol. So glad Kristaps is in the team and hopefully all the after effects of past bad deals will finally be over with.

I personally detest watching most organized sports, on T.V. at least, but i'll have to go with the Nicks. Not because i've ever seen them play, but because they are my go-to topic when ever nobody is saying anything or an entire conversation is over my head. So how 'bout them nicks?

For patriotic reasons my favourite teams are currently Dallas Mavericks and Atlanta Hawks (although both teams will not become NBA champions in the near future from my point of view).
