Hey guys,

I'm thinking of getting a better PC soon and what do you think about this config?

Just keep in mind that I'll be changing that SSD with the one of 1 TB SSD and everything else stays the same.

Is this good as it is, would you change something or not?

Perfect config, wouldn't change a thing
I'm just happy to be here and interact with this poll

If you want to use RayTracing, the 2000 series won't do, i have a 2080 super that struggles to do RayTracing even with the demos. I would go with 5600 processor and try to go up a step with the GPU to a 3060.

Of course, I do not know the prices of components in your region. But I have a 3060 video card and analogs cost the same as the 2060. And the 5700 processor is only 20-30 usd more expensive than 5600 (it was when I looked at the prices). Well, 16 GB of RAM is not enough for the future
I'm sorry for my English, I use an auto-translator.

A couple of things to add here:

  1. Those first two links should be obvious hints about the budget I have for this so I'm not really sure why people like to recommend cards and other parts that are around $100-200 more expensive than what I have right now. This is like asking for purchase advice on a $300 smartphone and then folks try to get you to buy the new $2000 iPhone. Might as well go for 4090 then. After all, it is only money and it usually grows on trees
  2. PC parts in my country are usually way higher than what you're all accustomed to so Amazon comparisons and purchase links are a bit useless
  3. Buying parts on Amazon and assembling it myself seems like a good idea in theory but have in mind that Bosnia is not a part of EU so we get royally screwed when it comes to shipping and customs pricing. For example, a $20 keyboard will usually be just over $100 because of the $80 shipping fee

In any case, this will be the setup I'll get by the end of the week:

Ryzen 5600X
KINGSTON FURY 32GB Beast DDR4 3200MHz CL16 KIT KF432C16BB1K2/32
Gigabyte WindForce RTX 4060 8GB
Crucial P3 1TB
ASRock B450M PRO4 R2.0
Gigabyte P650G 650W

You'll notice that it's missing a case but that's the least of the worries now. I'll update the topic with pics once I get the everything
