Sound unbeliveable. Also, just looked at games you given away - and it seems it's not because Victor Vran, but because Heaven's Hope was bundled retroactively. If you compare the data from sgtools and on your page on SG, you can notice that sgtools shows 6.09, and on SG your level is 5.74. But! In bundle list you can see, that Heaven's Hope was bundled, and sgtools does not parsed it yet (game shown green in your list). I tried to calculate your level by taking the CV from sgtools and subtracting the difference from bundling this game, and voila - I got 5.73772, which is rounded to 5.74, your current level.
Long story short - you got 15% of exp for Victor Vran giveaways. You also got 15% of exp for Heaven's Hope giveaways (including the old ones!). That's why your level drop.
And, just a curiosity - who exactly told you Victor Vran was for free?

Which means you get 15% for them. The fact you ended up at the same number is just coincidence, You got the credit for the new ones but lost 85% CV from some old Heaven's hope giveaways cause of retroactive bundling.

Victor Vran, Giana: dream runners, and Heaven's Hope were all free in the same [heavily exploited] promotion (which gave 1 of 3 random keys). If you check earlier giveaways of the OP, he made his first giveaways of such games immediately following the promotion. At that point, people asked (and outright accused) if the OP was giving away free games, at which point the OP indicated that 'yes, they were, but it was okay because if they were actually free, they'd be on the free games list'.
Thus none of this ought be a surprise to the OP, as it was covered well in the past, and they chose to continue making the giveaways anyway.
Not that I'm making any judgement toward their actions up to this point, just questioning the purpose of this thread.

You will receive full CV for it certainly, but again, you are exploiting the system if you do.
And in the other case with Victor Vran etc, it is even much worse because you greedily took multiple copies of these games for yourself, which others then weren't able to receive legitimately. It looks really bad.

Victor Vran was on blacklist so you couldnt create this giveaway. Now after months sg put it on whitelist so you can create this giveaway. I gave away some keys but didnt got any exp because the games were 4free.

Yeah, something else is responsible then. If you were lvl 6 that means you lost nearly $500 worth of CV. Your 6 copies of that game don't generate that much unbundled or not.
Edit: Nvm, that's the CV for lvl 7, just saw SGTools has you as lvl 6.

I don't think it's V.V. though. SGTools has calculated it as bundled on your CV and has you as lvl 6. Even if we were to subtract the $17.7 from that it's not enough to go from 6.10 to 5.74. That's over $80 worth. It's possibly some game returning a wrong price from Steam

Are you even reading our messages? We already told you. You lost CV from the heaven's Hope giveaways. They were added to the bundle list late but every giveaway for them created from May 28th and after counts as bundled. So you don't get full value for those anymore but 15%

Cause the list is updated manually, not automatically. So it's updated every few days and sometimes games fall through the cracks. When it's added on the bundle list it also gets a date assigned to it which is the date it first got bundled/given away/price glitch etc.
Every giveaway for it after that date changes to 15% CV

I've seen giveaways for Victor Vran on here since I joined. So it was never free. If you didn't get CV for it and you're that pissed about it then contact support again, maybe explain your complaint better because it's very unclear. Say something like, I gave away this bundled game and didn't receive any CV for it.
Honestly though it's not a big deal. You're on Steam Gifts for the wrong reason if you're only looking to level up

It actually was free for a short time on some website a li'l while back, I remember a few people grabbing multiple copies of it for themselves. So yeah, I can kind of understand why it (and others) were blacklisted placed on the bundled list because of it. For those who actually purchased these for GA's...well that's unfortunate indeed. No easy solution TBH. But the potential for CV abuse was astronomical if nothing was done.
