150gb seems a bit bullshit or some very poorly maintained computer, and if you just use window's own cleaner, and allow it remove windows.old and temp dirs etc it usually cleans up pretty nicely. My c:\windows\temp is just 7mb.
And it's not a virus, not even with """.

mine were getting up to 1gb, and clearing the temp directory did no good the files kept reappearing, i figured it was a virus, maybe a bitcoin miner but didn't know of any large file scanners, when i did try to find a large file scanner the thing about the cab bug came up in the google results also, it matched my problem and the script worked to fix it. since it is a bit of space filling malware called windows causing the problem virus would have been accurate even without the quotes but i used the quotes anyway to avoid a flame war
