Tomb Raider Collection: Is Survival Edition included?

I remember from the Deus Ex Collection that it included the Augmented Edition without explicit stating it, so my question is: Is it the same with the Tomb Raider Collection or is the Special Content of the Survival Edition (2013) not included?

I doubt you can't find the map and art book by just a quick google search, so not really worth it. Or the soundtrack on youtube for that matter.
