Hi,i just wanted to know if you guys have any comedy tv-show to recommend.I really love comedy, but in the way of raw like 2 and a half men,fat pizza,Oliver and Hardy,Mr Bean, etc etc.I like tv-shows that are filmed like "real life" if you know what i mean.I am not saying that other shows like How i met your mother, or other ones like that, are not funny,i like them, but not so much.
Any suggestions?

You really have to watch Arrested Development, it's great. Just make sure you start from the beginning. I'm saying that because the show was canceled for many years, but just had a new season on Netflix.

"The office" is nice. I only saw the US version so I don't know how the UK version is, though.

I have no idea what 'filmed like "real life"' means, however if you like 2.5 men, you should check out other sitcoms by Chuck Lorre - Grace Under Fire, Cybill, Dharma & Greg, The Big Bang Theory.

I mean, shows that don't give you that feeling that you are watching a "fake" story,i mean, shows that are made without effects, simple story and jokes, etc etc, don't know how to explain exactly. The best example is Fat Pizza or Oliver and Hardy.

Community, 30 Rock, and a UK one called Spy (2011). Also, shameless plug for this puzzle + giveaway, which is comedy-centric.

I second Community.
Also, Friends has almost the same kind of acting in it, with different situations, of course.

The UK is pretty much where comedy starts, then the US is where it gets 'adapted'.

My boyfriend and his friends love Community, in fact come to think of it, I don't really know anyone who doesn't... Not really my kind of thing, but apparently I'm just a grumpy sod. :P I love Workaholics, that's filmed like real life, dodgy camera and all.. I find that show hilarious.

Some older shows that are still good today, not sure how many were filled live in front of people.

Are you being Served?
Blackadder (there are few versions, all good)
Red Dwarf
Monty Python's Flying Circus
Spitting Image
Fawlty Towers
Benny Hill Show

And no I'm not British, I'm Canadian. I'm just a big fan of british comedy and sci-fi shows hehe

My name is earl and Raising hope are pretty good, recently watched the Inbetweeners (UK) and loved it. It's always sunny in Philadelphia and Arrested Development are must-sees.
