Total War: Shogun 2 - Fall of the Samurai DLCs

Everyone who tried to join my giveaway said that they coulnd't cause the site won't let them. They even tried resyncing their account and still nothing. Is there any solution to this ? Can you guys, who have the game, try and see if it does the same this for you ?

I recall that I had a fall of the samurai obama faction pack GA a long time ago and nobody was able to join. I believe it's because it's a dlc for a dlc and the site doesn't always detect dlc properly
