Sounds more like you should contact your bank, if there's two transactions listed there but only one on paypal. That is if you need your money back instantly - over such a small amount it's usually better to just wait it out. Takes a few days to a week, any longer than that and definitely contact the bank.

As i said in main post, i can't see second transaction in my paypal payment history, there is only one $4.7 receipt. I was afraid that Paypal would simply refund everything and HB would ban my account and revoke my keys for that chargeback, so i decided to clarify everything from their support before going further. But they didn't read much either is simply refunded whole bundle, and now i'm not sure were i should look for missing 4.75$ and what to do with keys that'll probably be revoked because HB support doesn't care ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

...i can't see second transaction in my paypal payment history...
Contact Paypal and see if there was some sort of glitch. They may be able to see if there was a second transaction that isn't visible. If so, it may take a day or two for it to show up. Once it does, then contact Humble about it. Paypal is the payment provider, not your bank, so SMS receipts from your bank don't mean anything. You need to give Humble a Paypal transaction ID.
If nothing shows up after a couple of days, then there was no double-charge or there was merely some kind of glitch, and any authorization on your bank account will disappear.
As for your original purchase, nothing can be done about that now. Your BTA is gone and you'll have to repurchase at the higher price.

Then it is the standard phantom charge. In these cases, the PayPal system eventually flags the second transaction from your bank as fals and the bank automatically puts the sum back into your account. It happens to me every few months or so.
Humble refunded your entire purchase because this is what they saw, only one purchase.

It's either my poor english, or humble bundle support can't fucking read. Yesterday i decided to go for sakura bundle BTA and increase my order amount. I clicked "Pay instant with PayPal" button, but for some reason i got 2 SMS from my bank and saw that i was charged twice. So, i contacted HB support, attached screenshots with SMS receipts and asked to refund transaction that was made by error.
Today i received answer from HB support and 2 messages from Paypal. Instead of refunding wrong payment, they refunded me whole bundle. And i already activated and gave away keys from it.
Most ridiculous thing that i don't see now that second transaction in my paypal payment history, so basically i probably lost 4.75$ and my keys will be revoked from my steam account very soon. I already replied to their support to ask what the fuck are they doing, but i guess that's a lesson for me to never use "Pay instant with PayPal" button again. Don't know what i can do in this situation to fix damage - is there is still hope to get my money back and was this HB or Paypal error?
