The giveaways on my site are for subscribers only, so you need to have a YouTube account that's subscribed to me.

I have done that already, i press the giveaway link then a window popup then disappear immediately

The window that pops up asks you to click the YouTube account that's subscribed. It's working fine, I just checked it. Do you have some sort of pop-up blocker, or maybe the window is underneath your main browser window?
