A new series made by youtube stars and stuff has started now, which is called Video Game High School! o:
You can watch first episode here
Seems to be quite interesting, I'll see how the story will go on :P

My friend showed me this a while back.

One thing I noticed was that they used 2 different keyboards. An IBM model M for all the full-keyboard shots, and a generic one for close ups. (You can see that the "<-Backspace" key turns into a "Delete" key in the close shots. Same with the function keys.)
Only noticed from comparing with the keyboard in front of me ^.^

Got bored after a minute. Also, while I couldn't come close to their level, I've seen student films in college with better production value, which is honestly a bit depressing.

You're judging the whole series by first episode? And I personally think they did well. The effects are good and stuff, perhaps some scene play skills are lacking, but that's about it. :v

I love Freddie Wong (been following him since his Guitar Hero days) but I must say this was a bit of a disappointment. I was hoping for more than just "Call of Duty ripoff tournament with lots of shooting and gunz ftwz"

Again, it's just first episode. Judging by the trailer, it's going to be a high school drama of nerdship, where they don't just play CoD thingy, they also play Fighting, Racing and some other stuff. :P
