GOG not letting me sign up?

Forgive me if this is just me derping, but I get this, and when I enter my details etc blah blah blah, I click "Create", but nothing happens.

I'm assuming it's because I haven't checked a box or something actually agreeing to the ToS & stuff
I tried restarting my browser, and also tried Firefox (I'm on Chrome), can anyone point me in the right direction?

EDIT: Fair enough, I assumed it might be linked to the high traffic levels. Does anyone know whether there should be a checkbox there though? Should I just keep mashing the "Create" button, or continually refresh the page and reenter my details, or what?

The site must be overloaded because too many people are trying to get the Fallout games.
