3,5mm doesn't really support that in any way but cord, since the voltage output is simply too low.
why do you think most advanced headsets are with USB connection ? anyway , USB is your only option because you'll need an adapter which is sending the signal to your headphones, and that my friend, the 3,5mm does not support

Wireless, but includes a port for a regular jack? I know of and own a few USB wireless headsets, but I haven't seen many that include a 3.5 jack.
