I can't wait any longer for the winner to accept, I'm trying to delete the giveaway and I have to wait for support to close it for me. I'm postponing the giveaway.

Just close this page and dont come to steamgifts anymore, if you cant wait.

The submitter and winner(s) of the giveaway have 7 days to complete the gifting process. This includes the activation of the gift on the winner's account. It has not yet been a full 7 days since your giveaway ended.

Make sure you try contacting the winner through Steam and email!

If the winner still hasn't activated the gift and marked the giveaway as received after 7 days, you may submit a request for a new winner. You will need to provide proof that you attempted to contact or send the gift to the winner. Please note that we do not normally approve re-rolls if a key was sent at anytime.

Ok, are you trying to give the game as soon as you can to get enough CV to get in a giveaway? If so, I'm sorry but like everyone else said they have 7 days to redeem the gift.

The top time ive waiting for response its like 8 hours... you have to be patient there's people here from all around the world, they could be working, having dinner, sleeping, playing walking dead nonstop (like me)...

It's just been 5 hours since it ended .. wait! Your winner could be in another time zone or something.
