I believe only the auto-join option is against the rules. I've used several extensions for this site and the ones with an autojoin function, warn you that it will get you banned.
I suggest getting Enhanced Steam Gifts & Steam Trades (ESGST)
Gives you almost too many options, but starts you off with an easy to pick from selection to turn on or leave off.

True. I never have asked. I just enjoy things like endless scrolling, and a join button on the main page.
Spend most of my time looking at games and adding ones to my ignore list. Getting hard to keep up with all the shovelware and mobile game ports.

Yep ESGST is really useful I have filters that don't show me giveaways that: I have already entered, for games that are removed from the store, and also for games that have less than 50% positive reviews.
I also have a join button on the main page, but I've set it so it shows me the description of the giveaways whenever I join them.

I just heard about the extension and I see that there are some useful options but I've heard that it's not allowed to use autojoin, so does anyone know about other extensions that have these options?

Send a notification when I have 100 points or more.
Automatically redeem Steam keys (marks giveaway as received if redeemed successfully) I'm pretty sure this one is allowed right?
Edit: Although it would be fun to get a sound when I win giveaways I guess I can't be that lazy.
