Talisman Prologue takes a popular multiplayer boardgame and turns it into a single player game that no one asked for.

The fun of Talisman is being with a group of friends. The game itself isn't that great. It's unfair, unbalanced, and ruled in large part by luck. But with the right group of friends, you can still have fun, even if the dice and card draws are going against you. I've played games of Talisman where I was never even in the running, still struggling on the outer ring when someone else is already blazing to the endgame.

Take out the friends, and try to turn it into a single player challenge/puzzle game, and it doesn't work. That is what Prologue is.

except that historically* Indie Gala doesn't know what the word "average" means; their interpretation is "this amount we want that sounds reasonable to us."

*looks as though that may have changed with their redesign -- currently BTA is fluctuating more often than it used to and is just $0.10 above actual calculated average (may be due to gift purchases which, afaik, never counted towards the average for who the fuck knows what reason)

I predict not much demand for this one even at $1.50 because most of the games have been bundled to death already.

IG's Colossus bundle will probably struggle to do half the sales than the last one did.
