i see the promotional offer ends 1 August (im pretty sure some days ago the offer ends at 30 May)
I believe Steam doesn't allow to set a permanent discount, so they have to renew it

Some days ago i see the "new" version of Dead Island and Dead Island Riptide, for those who have the original game the new version have a promotional 85% OFF price (~$3) until 31 May (the same day that the game will unlock), and also see several GAs for those games, that mean the games with the discount can be buy as GIFTs and send to any other person (i check it). For this reason it seems that the game also was included in the bundle list. (https://www.steamgifts.com/bundle-games/search?q=Dead+Island)
But now...
The games can not be purchased as a GIFT anymore (just like happen with steam bundles) and also i see the promotional offer ends 1 August (im pretty sure some days ago the offer ends at 30 May). That is great cos' we can read reviews from other gamers to evaluate if really worth buying this new versions or just saving our money for better games in the near Summer Sales (well for me will be Winter Sales).
