A lot free games in GA. What happen with game lists?

Hi, I 'm worry about SG because today i noticed a lot of GA with free games like Nyctophopia, Mighty Party DLC or DLC to Forge of gods. This items was or are given for free several times in big package. If you go to GA creation on filter list you can add this game. So my question is: is something was change and now all free games we can add to ga? or this is some error to fix?
