Sgtools has a popular filter that prevents those with VAC bans from getting through. My guess is that this is the reason why he is asking.

Another option is keeping your old steam account as your main account and just use the new one for playing csgo

i'd just send a support ticket explaining exactly that and get permission to change from them.. they'll likely mark you orig account (current one) with some kinda note associated with the request and approval to avoid any punishment for multi-accounting.

And they would say that because Steam account sharing is against Steam rules so Steam Support most probably won't do anything and you are resposible for your own Steam account.

I think when they record that many account use same VPN they check all of them and ban if they think they use VPN or proxy.
