I don't know if it's augmented steam or Steam Economy Enhancer but I have a button to sell all, I have not tried clicking the button.
Both also add the Sell for ...., it's a bit of a mess to have both but I'm fine with it.

I'm slowly trading them and making badges so I recommend not to sell them^(If i can, you too :P), otherwise, SEE^^

I always recommend people look at steam.tools and sell the high priced ones first.

I have just seen that I have 44 pages of cards, packs, icons, backgrounds etc and I really dont want them. (I have no use for gems either)
I'm sure there used to be a simpler way to put them all up for sale so I could ignore them, but I cannot seem to find it. I think it used to put a button by the card with "Sell for ....." etc. but I dont see it anymore.
Does anyone have any better ways to do it other than the very slow default way?
