Since this is going to be F2P, not sure what adding this is going to do. Hopefully it will still count as permanent in account when they make that change, but Nebula Online changed to F2P and the licenses were changed to F2P so it didn't stay in the account.

I already owned this before this promotion, but does adding it now give you the "Early Access Bundle" with the extra booster packs, etc. or just the base game? Just curious as I have no way of testing this myself.
