Buy the Ultimate Edition and GOTY edition respectively since they are very cheap than buying one by one
Don't worry most of DLCs are fun and very worth it.

New Vegas. :)

Although I like the beginning point in FO3 which you really have to survive with scarce weapon and ammos after you left the Vault.

Luckily, NV doesn't.

Wait, it does not need GFWL. You don't need to use it to use your game, unlike Batman AA

Is it some workaround avoiding GFWL or Bethesda just dropped GFWL from Fallout 3?

You ignore the very helpful tip of telling him that Fallout 3 is a stinking pile of bugs.

I've clocked tons of hours (132 hrs)into Fallout 3, and I don't remember one single bug.

I'm calling bullshit on your statement. Fallout 3 is renowned for being buggy and a horrible creation of Bethesda.

In my case NV is more buggy and glitchy to me than FO3 o__o Crash to desktop is pretty common in NV than FO3

Well I was also having freezing issue in FO3 but I can sort it out by simple config tweak that I can find on Google.

Most of the time, it's because New Vegas is more demanding than FO3. I think it uses the same engine, but the map is bigger with more entities in the game's main-world 'cells' as well.

Either that, or mods.

Get either GOTY Or Ultimate or both. The DLCs are worth it, for both of the games. For Fallout 3, the awesome DLCs are The Pitt, Broken Steel and Point Lookout, the other 2 are bad. For Fallout New Vegas, Honest Hearts and Old World Blues are amazing, the other two are not really.

Yeah some of the best DLCs I've played. And just about all of them have a TON of content so its worth it.

FNV Ultimate Edition or none at all. The DLC in New Vegas is some of the best ive ever played. I only kind of disliked one but the others were amazing. Idk about F3 i have the GOTY on PS3 but i havent finished it.

Should I play 3 before new vegas?

I've played NV first before FO3 and I was pretty spoiled because there's some good features in New Vegas that missing in FO3, like companion wheel, weapon mods etc. But they both are good games and worth playing.

Get in a time machine and go to that day that Fallout 1 was free on GOG. Best deal in the franchise.
