Don't feel bad. Everyone gets burned by kickstarter sooner or later.

Many devs are giving their games to get more people to buy stuff... And i see people are complaining about ingame cash shop...

had the similar situation as planetary annihilation was sold for a "scrap" and then given away for free.

ARP is currently broken, but they said noone will loose their points. So just be patient :)

Is this the first time they're doing a "we'll distribute keys later based on ARP" giveaway like that?

Well there are over 10k people with level 10+, but since it doesn't have great reviews maybe not all off them will sign up :)
So one can only hope :D

You will get lvl in no time, as soon as they unfreeze ARP gain :)
Also you have high chances according to zelghadis' numbers :D

Don't know how many keys they gave then, but in my opinion this is not a raffle. Raffles are random, i guess this one will just sort top 4000 members by current ARP and give them the keys. Also this way their giveaway will last longer instead of just couple hours for those keys to be taken, and while GA is active people might talk about it(now with not so good rating on steam, who knows if that is good or bad :D)

Both methods have their pros and cons, this method could be ok if it lasted one/two days max. Everything longer than that is better to be 1st come 1st serve :)

The list on giveaway entrants is being reviewed and keys will be assigned afterwards. (hopefully soon)

So who knows how long will they need :D

That's a lot of arp, whatever it is. I am... I don't think I am even a level, and have arp 44. Didn't get a key ofc. Then again I fully expected not to get one, so that's alright, I suppose. I hope the game isn't as shitty as everyone says =)

lvl 11 with 609 I didn't.

lvl 13 808 ARP and didn't get the key ;)

I'm at max level with nearly 4200 arp, i got one.

It looks like lvl 13, with high arp was the limit for getting key. But i read some higher lvl people complained about not getting it :D

Lvl system is far from perfect, but it works :)

It was open for the whole week and keys were delivered based on ARP.

What i thought too but check your account settings, you apparently don't get an email nor see it on the actual giveaway page.

I am level 17 too, from 15+ everyone should have a key.

What lvl were you when you entered GA?

I missed that DbD GA, didn't want to level up. But later figured it is not that hard, especially if you post on 1st page of GA and get 1500 upvotes :D So working slowly on levels to have better chances for free games later when they share them is the right thing to do :)
