Perhaps if you'd read the comments in that giveaway. At least 10% of the comments were "it's just a beta invite; he doesn't really have the DLC".

lol, if he only gave you the beta invite and not the DLC, just mark as "Not Received" and maybe send in a Support ticket to report it, that's all you can do.
