For me? Not many hours..maybe an hour or two..!? Its amusing to break bones with wtv you find in a table or trying to free throw the patients brain inside his head but after a while its..ehhh.. Like a good joke that you 've heard a couple of times...still funny but not that funny.

Personally, I'd wait to play the first two before getting 3 & 4. I think the Penny Arcade games all have a continuous story, but I haven't checked much.

They kinda do. 1 & 2 carry saves, but 3 & 4 were made separately and dont carry your saves over from 1 & 2 (but the story does continue)
