That's pretty hard to pinpoint; it really depends on the kind of MMORPG you like. And ideally, the best way to make any MMO more lengthy is to have friends to play it with.

Well... I played WoW for a long time without getting bored. But some people hate it.

It's a matter of preference.

If you're looking for cool quests and story, tho... I'd recommend The Secret World. The gameplay isn't the best, sadly.

If money is not an issue, I would take a look at ArcheAge's Founder's Packs. Several traders sell them for around 50% off retail and they accept TF2 keys or PayPal.

or

You could just play DOTA or LOL if you're into MOBAs.

I'm not into MMO's, but cant you just move to another game when you get bored, I've been doing that for years with good results.

Be it 5-6 years ago, I'd suggest FlyFF. Now I'm not sure about it anymore; I quit because I actually got bored in the end, I think. But hey, it was a lot of fun back in the days.

Guild Wars 2, as for free to play maybe Tera, although Tera can get boring with the same "kill x number of y enemies"

I played Swtor for ages and it's storylines kept me interested for a while. The endgame is lackluster though.
