hello guys, happy holiday everyone :)

a friend of mine has an AMD card and he gathered 25,000 raptr points , he used the points 2 days ago on 2 copies of Assassin's Creed unity, related to his AMD card .

anyways this was their reply, he never got the codes, they say the codes when available will appear, it is confusing

has anyone ever encounter a similar problem ? I tried searching the forums but no use, I couldn't post in raptr forums there is a problem within my account

can anyone help ? does it take long for any code to show up ? or there is something that should be done ?

Where can you even find that deal?
I've got the AMD raptor app yet the only AC offer I can find is a 50% discount for unity for 20 points.

he has quite a monster card which I can't remember its model, the deal was in the raptr reward page, and right now both of us feel like it was a fraud as no codes are there just complete blank !

Sounds like they have different rewards across all platforms, I've got the AMD version of raptr that has a different skin and the best offer there's for is is payday 2, but with a max of 65 points a day it will take ages.
Since it says "when available" it's most likely that they've run out of keys, if there's one thing I've noticed as a trader is that people with connections to retailers (employees, location owners etc) tend to exploit the shit out of promo's like these, if there's any chance that say those points come on a piece of paper included in the GPU box then that's why you haven't been able to receive your keys, coincidentally i've been seen traders offer it for 12 keys a lot, and all of them promo keys, could all be from the pick your path bundle though.

Try contacting them if you guys don't receive your keys in a weeks time, AMD has so many promos that come in the form of steam keys for years now that they must have some kind of support line for it, or at least a script that their support can follow.
