How long for support

Hi,

So before new steamgifts.com i was suspended for giving more than 1 copy of super killer horner, I didn't know i can not do that so ofcourse i wrote ticket. Now ban has gone but i can not create any giveaways:/ I'm already w8ing over 1 week and there is lack of answer, how long did you w8 for support?

Support can take a long time, it really just depends on the number of incoming tickets and if the support staff are free. I would say to just be patient, your ticket will eventually be dealt with.

Considering the new site was just launched yesterday, I expect that tickets will be extremely slow for the time being.

Ehhh:/ I just want to giveaway few games, and i trully didn't know about rule that you can give only 1 copy of horner killer:/

Do you think guys that they could erase from my list giveaway which was deleted?

Support can grant you extra giveaway slots if you've used up all of yours, but you will have to wait until they get to it.

And a good thing to remember is if a game is being given away for free somewhere else, it's never a good idea to regift it here. Even less for multiple copies.

They wrote that 1 copy was ok but more was prohibited (idk that) but can i giveaway this game after some time? like now you have to buy it so giving it now will have sense right?

Ok, so only 1 copy of something what was weidly free and no more, i get that:) I thought that rule can change when for example after some long time game is only available in shops and not for free

Are support tickets being looked at? I have one support ticket that is 6 months old and the other is 5 months old. It almost makes me believe that my tickets were abandoned for some reason.

I do love the changes done to steamgifts and steamtrades. I hope the replies section gets added with some new features. Thanks for all your effort cg.

If your support tickets are about feedback removal, you'll have to wait, a lot.

Only 1 people working?

I'm waiting, waiting, and waiting. I want to giveaway 10-15 bought games but i can't :S I'll wait a bit more but I think no support here. near 2 months waiting a ticket answer.
I think I'll gift games on SC. Support works very well on SC :(

What do you think? I have opened a ticket 2 months ago because I can't giveaway any game. It's "funny" I can win games here but I can't gift games here.
I had a problem SC and in less than one day admins fixed it. A lot of people working in SC, 1 maybe here xd

Considering the fact that you have given away games here before, I'm puzzled about why you can't anymore. Unless you have a bunch of deleted giveaways. (I think those no longer appear on people's profiles)

Yes, I had a deleted giveaway and no longer appear on profile (only 1 game). Only 1 error and because his random rules (I thought I could share the game).

From 2 months ago I want to gift a lot of games here (not free games) and I can't (giveaway limit). I prefer SG than SC because everybody have same points same opportunities, but I can't giveaway here and I started to giveaway games on SC :(
