Very nice. Can I maybe recommend putting them on https://greasyfork.org (or something similar, thats the only one I know right now) cause that can automatically handle updates etc :)

Oh, for some reason I thought that would just lock it in at the version I'm looking at... I guess in this case there is no real reason to upload it there as well, except maybe for exposure, but I don't know many people that just casually look through the stuff listed there anyway

Sweet, some few days ago I suggested that SG should introduce using tags from Steam. So you offer a really welcome addition. :)

My feedback after some quick testing:

  1. Often it displays only a too limited number of tags. Imho it should at least show the top 3. If all it shows is "Indie" or "Action", that doesn't really provide valuable information.
  2. Could you imagine to make it compatible with SG++?
    Of course you can't display tags in Grid view, but you could add them to the overlay?
  3. Why not add Steam ratings too?

Nice progress. Can't wait for the review score addition. And SG++ grid view support. ;)

Could you also move the box a little? Currently it is impossible to use the "hide game" button.

sgblock.user.js

OMG 10 OUT OF 10
That's the thing I've dreamed about for a long time! It was so irritating to check every game in long long trains whether I'm interested in it or not because I don't remember every game I've filtered.

And It would be even more fantastic if someone could add filter button to the /giveaway/ page.

Thank you one more time! Jesus, I can't believe that day has come ;_;

That's actually a pretty good idea. I hate it when I need to go out of the giveaway to add it to filter... and it's even more annoying when this giveaway is already ended at this time, so I can't add game to filter anymore.

sgblock.user.js

SG++ has that integrated

The others look interesting, gonna check them out.

I think a link to the scripts would help ;-)
https://github.com/Daerphen/sgscripts

how do you acquire the game_id for sgblockgiveawaybutton? Last time I read it is missing in the GA page.

Thank you for the useful scripts. Using Firefox w/ GreaseMonkey, the sgblockgiveawaybutton script doesn't seem to be working for me though. I get a link on the giveaway page that says "Hide Game", but clicking it doesn't appear to do anything - the link address shows as "javascript:void(0)".

I have same problem as, Zupe00. If it will be fixed then that script would be awesome. Suprised that SG dont already have a link like this in the GA page.

Woah! This is so much goodness right here. Exactly what I was searching for :O

I have a request/question. Could you add the option in sgblockgiveawaybutton.user.js to work with SG++'s pop-up ability?
As in, I have SG++ and your scripts installed but the button to hide a giveaway is not visible when having SG++'s useful option enabled to show giveaways as a popup.

Thanks for all your work. It's very useful!

Could you alternatively modify that groups get their markers in specific colors? Just so that you could identify from which group a GA is, in the grid view, for example?
I'd like to categorize my group giveaways by the rules those groups use.

Yes, I mean that that green icon should be replaceable by a given selection of alternatives (yellow, red, blue should be sufficient).
Yes, grid view is from SG++. And you totally should support them. ;)
