When do you bump a giveaway thread?
if I see GA/train even if I don't enter I will always bump ;)

If you click the "Submit Comment" button, and at that exact moment your internet disconnects, the thread is both bumped and not bumped until someone checks.

elseif [thread wasn't bumped for a while]&[thread is worthy] (most GA threads are, for exposure), I bump with something

Could be simplified to an one-liner:
if [want to comment] or ([wasn't bumped for a while] and [worthy]) { bump }
Else statement is technically unnecessary as that'd be the same as doing nothing.

I sometimes bump and sometimes don't, I don't follow any consistent rule for it :) I'll usually bump when I have something to say or when I feel like spamming, but not always :D

I mostly bump when I'm in the mood for it. Sometimes I don't feel like moving my hands to the keyboard I think, sometimes I bump though when the topic/GA/whatever deserves attention. Or I bump by throwing in my 2 cents... :D

Normaly i bump when i like the one that made the train OR the GA's in the train OR the style/art of the train OR the creator make more then "the average" and i want show my respect for that too
And sometimes i don't bump because i am evil and want the stuff for me alone :DDDDDD
