Weird, I'm getting an error when trying to enter...
I've activated 100% of my wins, I've sync'd both in SG and SG Tools, and I'm level 6. My give ratio is 3:1. I've never been VAC banned. My profile is public...and yet I'm getting a "you are flagged as having inactivated wins or your profile is set to private." Neither of these things are accurate. 😪😑

Wierd, on SGTools I can see usual stuff (false positives, DLCs) and it should not be a problem on the GA page check.
Try hover your mouse over your Gifts Won number (283) on your SG profile, there is 1 GA not received, so you can't pass the GA page check.
So if have activated 100% of your wins, there is problem on SG API.

I think that I found the culprit. This is a win from a while back...notice there is no Steam symbol next to it, so SG thinks it isn't activated. It totally is...I even have the games installed. You can see from the screen shots that I won and registered the game on the same day, yet it doesn't show up as registered in the list. I've opened up a ticket for this.

Well, I got a reply from the mods:
Hello Grez.
Your account is fine on our end. Nothing shows up as not being activated. Looking at sgtools it seems that your account is also fine. However, SGTools is a third party site developed by knsys, so issues and bugs should be reported in the official thread.
So, it looks like my stuff is all good. Can't figure out why SG tools is freaking out.

Another update, with good news...
Weirder yet, everything is working now. You know what I did? I hadn't won anything in a bit, so when I went to sync, it (ESGST) would of course say that it didn't have any new modules. So, I found some $1 bundle trash in my list of keys that I didn't yet have in my library, registered it, then did a new sync across both SG and SG Tools...and now I'm able to enter the GAs again. Completely bizarre.
Anyway, it's all good. Thanks for the GAs -- I entered a couple. :)
