For this one the Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine Pack is a choice to giveaway, the only reason DoW 1 was a problem was because the GOTY edition wasn't available for purchase on Steam, only the Gold Edition was. If you purchase the gift directly from Steam you will never have a problem giving it away here.

By doing the impossible task of going to the giveaway creation list and searching for it, I came to the conclusion that yes you can create a giveaway for Space Marine Pack.
