I kinda suck at trials but the fact that I can maybe get it for free makes me want to try it. Quite an effective strategy to lure potential buyers, why can't ubi be always smart like this?

I know that. If I have more than 15 deaths can I just repeat demo?

I played it 30 min ago and it wasn't working, you play the first two missions then it sends you to the store to buy the game.

Wow, that's pretty awesome! Now just to wait for the download to finish, fail terribly and buy it from GMG...

This is just busted, you can only play two missions before the "Thanks for playing the demo" note comes up. There's no way (that I can find) to progress beyond that, so completing the challenge is impossible. :(

Me too so I would appreciate if someone could tell me how to earn the game (if you can figure that out)

We have to wait for them to actually implement the challenge.

This might be a real challenge (once it's fixed).

And to complete the promotion and get the game for free you need to complete the story mode in less than 15 faults, and that means to complete level #27.

Giving us the complete game for free after we complete the demo is surely a nice initiative, but... just as usual, they screwed up...

Actually you need to beat full version perfectly on first try (Probably impossible unless you've played it before).

Yeah, only the people that are amazing at Trials may have a small chance. But even then they can easily screw up. But the 4 euro deal isn't bad at all...

If you have to beat the game with few mistakes then that to me, to a large degree, defeats the purpose of getting it for free in the first place. I mean, you've already beaten it, so now what? Sure, you could play it again, but you can't ever play it again for the first time, and that experience is gone forever.

I wonder when they say "complete it with 15 or fewer faults to get access to the full PC version of Trials of the Blood Dragon", if they actually mean that you effectively unlock the ability to play the whole game by not faulting more than 15 times. Maybe the demo ends when you hit 15 faults but otherwise you will be able to play the full game. It never says that the full version will be added to your uplay account. I hope I am wrong because that would suck for anyone that actually accomplished that without cheating. Although now that I think about it this is likely the case because of the possibility of cheating the system.

From the article linked in the OP. So you will get the complete pc version if you beat it with less then 15 faults.

If you need to beat the full game, then whats the point getting it even for free? :/

To hone your skills and be better at it. Trials games were always about replay-ability and mastering your skills.

they say it is a server issue
luckily:
"...Be assured, that if you're getting faults while the limited version is active, they're not getting detracted from the 15 lives counter, so when the issue is fixed you'll get the proper chance to get a free game... "

I completed 18 levels and now have demo with first 2 short levels because no faults left ... Maybe only less than 10 players will complete this challenge (27 levels).
