I redeemed an item from Tremor Rewards. What now?
After you redeem an item such as PC Games or Gift Cards, contact us with the required details as mentioned in the Item you just bought. If it is a game key or a gift code, it will be sent in 24 to 48 hours. Some items require you to add us in Steam for us to trade you the item in Steam. For other items such as Avatars, Wallpapers and In-game items, the item you redeemed should appear in your profile and you should be able to use it immediately.

I have not received my item even after 48 hours.
There may be delays with your item because of verification issues. Please post in the support forum here if you have not received your item after 48 hours.

It depend of what you talk. For the key you have to wait the next day, while for gift you have to wait to be approved and then you'll have to add a bot on your friends for receive the gift.

average is second day after order.....for me, they approve at specific time, so when i order early morning, i get it after few hours or almost instantly....but sometimes it can take a day (or more) longer, especially at weekend

I used that site a lot. It usually takes 24h and sometimes 48h. Never had any problems.
