None - League of Legends was the closest I've gotten to being truly good at a game.

When I get the "Insane" achievement (beat the game within 20 deaths, starting from a fresh profile) I'll say I'm good at Immortal Redneck.
Got the achievement finally.
I'm also pretty decent at Pacman Championship Edition DX+ and 2, when I get into the swing of things.

It's kinda hard to rate how good you are at a single player game, since there's really nobody else to compare it to so I'll just go with multiplayer.
PC
Unreal Tournament, back in the day I'd regularly be in the top 3 in whatever match I played in
A little known competitive MMO called Darkspace, I've been told by several people who've played a lot longer than I have that I'm one of the best Cruiser pilots they've seen. I have to say I'm also quite handy with a Scout or Frigate too.
Console
Mario Kart (SNES, N64)
Goldeneye (N64, man I miss that multiplayer)
Star Fox 64

I appear to be quite good at realtime strategy games such as Age of Empires II and Ogame (played it like 10 years ago but got to be on the top players of the universe).
More recently, in an mmorpg called Drakensang, which i played for like 4 years and i do not play anymore due to lack of time. Was fun though, especially PvP!
I'm a competitive bastard, but i have not much time now! hahaha

I was good at http://store.steampowered.com/app/415670/Highrise_Heroes_Word_Challenge/ -- really should go back and improve my highscores :)

All of em...except for sports games, never liked them :P
Depends on what you mean with "good" though, since I played quite a bit of games I'm probably above average, but there are very few if any games where I'd consider myself to be in the top ~10%.

The original Contra game on the NES. I've completed it couple of times in a row without dying because if I can why not. Also NInja Gaiden 1, 2 and 3 on the NES, one of the most difficult games to complete. Some other NES games as well.
On PC the Batman games, that's why I'm always tilted when I see there is no available customizable endless mode for every map in every of the games because I can go for hours without getting defeated. City might have something like it but it's weak. Wish there was one in Arkham Knight.
Schmup games and Bullet Hell games.
Need for Speed games. Probably some others as well.
If I have to choose one though it's Contra. I can make it seem too easy, or probably Ninja Gaiden games.
