On a mission to find every animated background

Hey,

so I've been wondering which background I want to get. The resolution on the "preview" is pretty bad, to really see how it looks on your profile.
I checked a few friends to see how it looks on a profile and I just couldnt find more than two.
If you have someone on your FL that has one of the missing backgrounds, feel free to link his Steam profile.

The gold background is really cool - I just wish they had it as a permanent thing, jack up the cost if you want but cmon Volvo.

I guess its a matter of opinion, I think it looks really cool - and because I have a widescreen monitor which displays backgrounds with black edges at the sides having a black background actually helps with how that looks.

I do agree about the preview thing, they should allow a kind of live preview with your full profile so you don't pick something that doesn't work - in the end you are spending like £25 worth of these points to get it.

Maybe you also need to buy Car Mini-Profile so you get the full picture.

Its just a thing which happens on Steam with widescreen monitors unfortunately - it happened with normal backgrounds before we even got these new ones :D

I think yours look real cool. It's in my Top 3 with Starry Night and Black Hole.
Gold is awesome but I'm not a big fan of their temporary BS so I boycott any temp item on principle.

That one's static over there, in motion must be a pain in the ass. Oh, and I cut 70 top pixels of the SteamCardExchange background image I used to crop (maybe works for all).

Will these backgrounds 'expire' in 30 days? Or is it only for the gold profile?

"Relaxing lamps" is very cool background but it's the only one without perfect loop. Today they changed it to reverse loop but it is still too short in comparison with others.

Did they screw something up when they changed it? I wasn't using it as my background at the time.. but I'm using it now and I notice some white artifacting.. it's glitchy and looks weird

They move it a little to the left and a little to the top, apart from cut video duration, the compression was already that bad.

Of course gold is the best looking one, and unable to keep...
Issue with most of these is that they're too zoomed in. Wish there was some scaling

Yea, I'm thinking of getting the bunnies one too, but since the cut at the bottom isn't that clean, I'm thinking of getting it for the mini-profile one instead... but I also want the blue portal avatar border as well.
What should I get? The blue portal avatar border or the mini-profile bunnies background?
