You were disconnected with EA Online(1)

Sorry to bother you, but I guess some of you have the platform Origin and maybe some of you have BF3.
I have bought it on the Christmas Eve and it's disconnecting for no reason.

I am so sorry to ask here, really, I'm writing to EA support tomorrow, but it's like writing to myself.
I have a good connection 50 mbs and also good gaming notebook Lenovo Ideapad y580 and it keeps disconnecting me :(

It was a X-mas present for me and recently birthday and it's so not nice to cannot play multiplayer :)
Once more, sorry a lot for me -complaining here-, I hope some of you had this problem and maybe you can give me some tips.

I wish it would be possible, but Live Chat with Origin in Poland is not available. I just need to write to them and wait 4 days for response.

4 days seems fast for EA, the last time I submitted a ticket to their support it took over a week before I got an email saying there was nothing they can do to help. I have never encountered a more useless company and have never seen customer support as bad as theirs.

It seems like that is the same for everyone but Steam also is as bad, Steam took 5 days to sort out my payment method where Origin took 7 days.

EA servers on pc are only slightly better than the console servers but they are still terrible

Yea, but I don't know if there's problem with my connection or with their servers, because I saw a lot of same problems without fix on battlelog.

I had that error and I fixed it long time ago , it was about disabling something on the router (UPnp and SSDP ) and also go to start and type "Service" open it . Then Search for UpnP Device Host and double click and then click stop , Do the same to SSDP Discovery .

I did this and fixed me Disconnect , Sorry I don`t remember what to disable from the router , but you can ignore the router and do the system service =) .

I found it, but I cannot uncheck or stop plug and play ;c just SSDP :) hope it works :)
