I pushed an update which adds an Open Queue in Tabs button to the Explore page. I recommend using it from a new browser window because it will open 12 new tabs.
My process is click the Open Queue in Tabs button, then I press W or S to mark the game, then I close the tab with Ctrl+W which takes me to the next one. I find this much faster than going through the queue normally because the page loads between items really slows you down.
Please let me know what you think.

New update adds mouse support to Open Queue in Tabs mode. After opening your queue in tabs, clicking Wishlist or Not Interested will now log the game as being viewed in your Discovery Queue without needing to click on Next. You can use either the keyboard hotkeys or the mouse to go through the queue.

Added a new option to jump to the top of the page whenever you press W or S. I often decide which way to mark something after reading the reviews, and I then like to scroll to the top to make sure it was marked properly before closing the tab, so this speeds that up.

Pushed an update to help with failed queue generation. Most of my queues fail to generate and the site times out. If the queue fails, it will refresh the page and then load the queue from the embedded script. It's faster for me than just waiting for the queue to load properly.

This is not pick first game from already creaded list, pressing [D] on this page starts create new queue. But on new creation, if titles not enough for full list, i all time receiving error "Failed to load queue ". For fix this issue need wait 2-3 minutes then Steam start properly load page. So this option not for me.

Hi, when I try to run your script I get an error saying
Script error in [Greasemonkey script http://tampermonkey.net//Steam Hotkeys; version 0.2.9.2]:
ReferenceError: GM_getValue is not defined
Any way to fix this?
Edit: Turns out it doesn't work with Greasemonkey but works with Tamper. Unfortunately it has problems ignoring games for me /:

Due to the fact i actually never use greasyfork before thus will go on currently learning how to install and properly use it (probably going to google a video or so to make sure)
i still want to say thank you in advance for making this because this actually seem convenient to have cause my right fingers does hurt from clicking on the mouse so often while my left fingers is still free and unbound
at least with this, the burden on my right fingers will be lessen
So once again, thank you for making this and i hope you have a great new year

I made a Userscript to add hotkeys to the Steam website, primarily for Discovery Queue navigation. It makes going through the queue a lot faster. Works with or without Enhanced Steam. If you try it out, please let me know what you think.
