You can 1:1 cross non-marketable set trade with VanillaBot (Edit: Just saw, disabled for a month)
I think this would be the "perfect" group for trading with non-marketable items.
If you got duplicates you can use of course SteamTradeMatcher.
By the way.: I can give you 3 "North Side" cards (you have to trade one duplicate then for a complete set) to complete your set.
