Can't sync profile although it's public

Hello, SG community!

So I'm experiencing (I hope I wrote this word correctly) issues with profile syncing. It doesn't sync automatically and I don't have "Force sync" button. It shows "If you would like to force a refresh, please switch to a public Steam profile." all the time. But I have my Steam profile and my inventory public and I don't have "Keep your Steam Gift inventory private, regardless of your inventory setting above." option checked too.

I know there are multiple topics about this but no actual fix that works for me in them.
