is max payne 3 multiplayer alive?

i bought game when it was on sale so i was hopeing that mp still works.. steam says there is 1500-2000 players in game at all times and i cant fined any games today

Nope, it takes ages to fix the errors to connect to the multiplayer.Then if you're lucky to actually connect, you'll face only hackers.

Max Payne 3 multiplayer on Xbox 360 died with the release of GTA V so I highly doubt that you will find any players on PC.
