Steam is drunk.. Emoticon, Sale card and backgrounds are unmarketable and untradeable after crafting

You used cards from the market to craft the badge? :)

if the crafting contain a buyed cromo is that way and yes are drunk.

If one of the cards you used to craft the badge had a week cooldown, you will be able to market and trade the emoticons and wallpapers (and whaterever else you get) only at the end of the same cooldown of the card.

Ah, didn't know about that stupidity..

They're not idiots, there's a reason for this. I'm not personally sure what it is, but all of the restrictions that Valve sets are in place for a reason. Most common reason is scammers and abusers of the trading system and I'm not sure exactly which kind of scam do they prevent with this system, but again, it's there because some people managed to abuse it.
