Right now the only thing that's not working for me is the client and my inventory, I also can't view anyone's inventory. So if it was hacked maybe they just really want trading cards.

The mysterious b link commonly appears on profiles while Steam is barely functional. I have no idea why it does, but it's definitely not something new, and I wouldn't take it as any evidence of a hack or anything like that.
