I do believe they take the whole $132 at time of commitment. Thats what stopped me.

Yep you pay up front, so if you want to do it monthly, get the monthly plan, the yearly one is cheaper overall though

I just stick with the month-to-month plan because you can just easily skip a month if it looks bad and still keep the benefits.
