PC games won't be using GFWL anymore. IIRC GFWL was shut down. Some games switched to steamworks (Gotham City Imposters) others just kept using it.

Although, I'm probably completely wrong, and I'm struggling to find a source to back myself up. So what I heard was probably just rumours. But I'm sure Batman: Arkham Origins won't use GFWL.

Indeed, they were just rumors so far. There hasn't been an official statement on Microsoft's part about GfWL. But publishers have gradually been moving away from it and Microsoft has stopped actively pushing it. Seems just the occasional struggler, I doubt we will see many more games with it coming out.

Of course. If you look closely, GMG says Steam is required to run the game.
