Thank you for posting!
Also important to note:
The redemption deadline is May 27th, 2017 at 10:00 AM Pacific. You have 15 days left!
Immediately after 10AM Pacific on May 27th, the Steam key will magically vanish as if it were just a figment of your imagination, leaving this cryptic message behind in its wake.

I think that means you just have to claim the key and at least copy it to somewhere else before that date. It will disappear from your humble account, but it the key should still be redeemable if you copied it somewhere else. I redeemed a key from one of the last HB giveaways months after it said it disappeared.

I wish more users would leave comments on such giveaways though. Entered some, then found out it's free, went to remove entries and they were already deleted, bye-bye points ;) (Good thing I have more points than I currently know what to do with, anyway :))

Lots of them are set to 1 hour, so I guess they won't be cancelled fast enough. I doubt they get the points though, so they will be deleted retroactively.

Thank you for that information, I didn't know that.

No, support has specifically request you DON'T do this. Send a single "other" ticket about Dungeons 2 being free if you insist but don't report individual users:

I even have a Dungeons II key from that certain bundle which I wanted to give away in some days... Guess I should have done that earlier.

Damn it. If Infinifactory goes free as well the whole BTA Tier was free.
And of course I still have all of them sitting around unused.

Yay! I always somewhat regretted not buying the Humble weekly BTA a while ago that this was in, as it is on my wishlist (but I didn't really have the funds then), now it's free :)

Cool, looks like fun. And with my new laptop, it should run beautifully :)

Congrats on the new laptop! It's always so fun to get a new computer. :D

Indeed. It's normally $800, but I got it on sale for $504 including employee discount.

1 TB HDD
2.5 GHz Intel Core i7 Gen-6

Sweet! Sure, I'll take a look if you want to link it. I actually don't own a gaming laptop, just my boring work laptop with integrated Intel graphics. However, I don't travel much these days, and when I do, I'm usually not gaming. So I'm always using my desktop (which, sadly, is itself from 2012: i7-2600, 12GB, 1TB, GT-750ti). I'm trying to hold off as long as I can before upgrading.

Age shouldn't be an issue there. I'm myself running a 2009/10: i7-920 35%OC @3.57ghz, 12gb, and a just recently upgraded RX480 8gb (from HD5850).
That GPU is all that was needed to get back to having near all new games runnable again.
With a very well OC'able i7-2600 you are even better positioned. Just upgrade graphics and it's high-end again.

Due to low-wattage PSU (305w I think), my videocard options are limited...hence the 750ti.
I didn't feel comfortable finding/replacing the PSU, and I didn't want to risk overheating problems.

Thanks for the post. I would suggest linking to the store page and perhaps mentioning the requirement for 3rd-party DRM-- Kalypso Launcher (Account registration optional).

Thanks for the reply Tristar, I haven't tried or used any key on Steam since April and had no intention of getting Three Zed Dead (Even for free) as it doesn't seem like a game that I would get much out of (Nothing against those who do enjoy it).
I had just let Steam update itself and it restarted as normal but it seems awfully strange for that particular game to be the one I had apparently been given by Humble Bundle - thankfully I accepted it was what it was and moved onto the download element of the process and it had changed to Dungeons 2 so it all ended well.
If it is a common bug then maybe someone on my IP address just activated it (Or something?!)?

Again a HUGE thanks for the reply (And with an answer which makes sense)!
The big question would then be who in my household logged into my computer, started Steam and then tried to add a key (And a duplicate at that!) for a game I could never want?
I'm going to chalk this one down to copying a key for a game I did want and it already being a duplicate and also for the wrong game back in April (Or maybe being drunk - or both!).
Thanks again Tristar, I feel much more at ease now. I was worried the gremlins had gotten into something or other somewhere :)

I can never ninja keys and even the puzzles here are too hard for me.
Deals, bundles and giveaways is more than enough from this place for me though (I don't even know how groups work!).
Thanks for making sense of it though, at least now you know there's a month's worth of waiting for a bad key still showing up.
