Best tip ever "better to establish it's the winner's email first", because you will probably send it to a random e-mail, because you cannot know his e-mail, steamgifts doesn;t give you the winners e-mail....

...uh, you send an email to the email address provided, asking if it's the winner, and if the winner does not choose to respond, or responds inadequately by giving the wrong steam profile, then don't blindly send the game since there's no verification. understand now?

1 - Check that he doesn't own already the game you want to gift in his library. If so, then screencapture and ask for a reroll to support.

2 - He has a week to accept the gift. I know it's very painful when the winner doesn't answer. So you have another solution : send him the gift to his mail adress, that steamgifts has given to you.
