The link on the main square enix page leads to the regular Tomb raider! But the GOTY edition is available free using the link above (https://store.na.square-enix-games.com/en_US/product/604614/tomb-raider-game-of-the-year-steam).
You can only get one! Be careful, I got the regular and now can't get the GOTY :( Also don't cancel your order to get the GOTY after getting regular, it still blocks you from getting the GOTY lol.

No, the key that you get, is for the base only, sub/443301 despite the description saying it's the goty. It is not.

As I understand it, the sole difference between the GOTY and the DE was in the DE having a texture/lighting revamp and being console-exclusive. Once the DE was ported to PC, it replaced the GOTY (ergo, making the two interchangable). Well, not sure if changes were retroactive, and it wouldn't be the first time SqEnix has passed us keys that were no longer available for sale. :P

They had wrong information. First it said GOTY. Then they changed it too DE, and then they finally did the correct thing and changed it to just Tomb Raider.
It was standard edition all along. Some people seem to think just because it said GOTY you get goty, and they ignore the evidence that others give where they are shown exactly what package get activated.
This thread should have been changed a long time ago or removed concidering you can just get in on steam and there is already a thread about it where square GA is mentioned in the comment.

It was never GOTY as you have been told again and again. They had wrong information and always gave key for Tomb Raider. (standard) :)

You're right it did say GOTY so it's not your fault but you might wanna edit the title since it's far easier to get the game directly in the steam store (no cues;) ) and ppl won't be disappointed.

I understand you making a thread when you thought it was GOTY. The problem was everytime someone said it actually isnt goty it activates as standard. You responded with a image where it said goty in the picture of the square enix store. :)
Me pesonally didnt care concidering I knew it was standard when you posted. I just didnt want any other people waisting their time concidering there was a queue to the store, when they could get the same directly at steam.
