It doesnt matter if he is happy or not, whether you provide the exact game promised, or get a "not received" mark. Not activating the won game on own accound leads to a suspension. The only way is to ask him to agree to delete the giveaway, which he should write in comments to it, so you can ask the support to do it.

I did a giveaway for a game I got for free (Half Past impossible) and the person who received it said that the key was a duplicate. I talked with him and found a game to replace it with and he seemed happy with it. Now I'm just wondering how it should go from here. Should he mark the game a s "not received" (I remember a person get penalized if they mark received but don't activate it or something) and then just leave a comment that he got a replacement, or what? That's what I told him to do, but I'm curious what I should do in the future if something like that occurs
