How do I combine the power of dedicated and integrated cards?

I'll have a MSI R9 380 in a couple of days and I wanted to know from you guys how to combine the power of that dedicated card to my integrated card (AMD Radeon HD 7660D) from my processor (AMD A10-5800k), in simple terms.
